Uses: mainly used as a solvent, but also often used as nitrocellulose, cellulose acetate, chlorinated rubber and polyvinyl chloride plasticizer, rare metal extraction agent, heat exchange medium. Due to its low surface tension and insoluble in water, it can be used as an industrial defoaming agent, which can effectively make the film of the foam formed in an unstable state and quickly defoaming. Can not be used in food/cosmetics.
